I offer tailored holistic personal training packages including Lifestyle interventions program to boost Personal training. My holistic Fitness Coaching approach focuses on Body and Mind improvement with daily support plan.
The Holistic Personal Training approach is highly trusted by the local and nearby areas as we have achieved optimum results. I am specialized in Weight loss, Youth and Senior Fitness Specialist from National Academy of Sports Medicine, .
I truly care about my clients and work with them closely to make sure they are on the track in order to achieve their Fitness goal.
I have learned to be professional, serious and helpful. I apply my skills as I have been Martial arts instructor, H2H trainer in Military, Yoga and Self-defense instructor, London BMF trainer, during our session to make training fun.
Why do you offer Holistic approach, the training packages, rather than personal training sessions?
My Holistic Training Packages include lifestyle interventions in order to improve my clients' Eating habits, Sleep quality and to reduce Stress level and environmental hazards from their life to boost their personal training sessions effectively.
I support my clients 24/7 and give them daily Meal plan and training instructions when they train on their own, but under my close monitoring.
I train them 1 to 1 when it is necessary, in other words, I give them the instructions to do on their own if they are capable in order to reduce the personal training sessions. So they do less sessions 1 to 1 with me in a week, less cost, but they get daily support to know what to do in terms of lifestyle improvement advice and self-training instructions. I usually do maximum up to 1 to 3 sessions 1 to 1 with my clients in a week, but ask them to follow the weekly plan. So we work closely together daily but they pay just for 1 to 1 session and there is no any extra charge for my holistic support.
How many sessions 1 to 1 you do weekly? Why should I join to your training?
It depends on the package which is mentioned, however weekly support, lifestyle intervention advice ( meal plan and ...) and daily training instructions is provided with any package which is free.

Do you charge for the cancellation?
No, I have already experienced how being HONEST can make a strong connection, TRUST, with my clients. So I am away from the rules which separates me from my clients, e.g. there is no cancellation charge even last minute one! I am certain none of my clients would cancel their session without any reason.
Do you offer free sessions or free trial?
Yes, I offer free taster session, even a free week trial, to give the prospects an opportunity to try to see the difference even before joining!
Which areas do you cover?
I do Mobile Personal training in South west and West London and some parts of Surrey. Outdoors and Indoors training include your Home, nearest Park or Gym.
