 My passion for health and fitness started when I was young. I started Tae Kwon Do when I was 10 years old, got the black belt 1990. I have been in Fitness more than two decades, been as a Martial arts instructor, H2H trainer in Military, Yoga and Self-defense instructor, London BMF trainer and been Fitness Coach and Mobile Personal Trainer in Gyms, Home and Parks. 

I am professional, passionate about Fitness and Well-being specially in Fat loss, Muscle gain, Strength, Performance and Holistic Training.

 I am a qualified Personal Trainer and National Academy of Sports Medicine, NASM, (in USA)  Specialist in the following fields too.

Apart from the Experience, Skills, Qualifications and Speciality as a Fitness coach. I have learned to be friendly but professional, serious but sympathetic and helpful. I’ve been working as a Holistic Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach in Brentford, Kew, Chiswick, Ealing, Richmond upon Thames, Isleworth and some parts of Surrey county, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.

Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle.
