I have been in Fitness more than two decades, been as a Martial arts instructor, H2H trainer in Military, Yoga and Self-defense instructor, London BMF trainer and been Fitness Coach and Mobile Personal Trainer in Gyms, Home and Parks.My love for health and fitness started when I was young. I
I am professional, passionate about Fitness and Well-being specially in Fat loss, Muscle gain, Strength, Performance and Holistic Training.
